Delivery Return & Cancellation Policy

It has never been simpler to exchange your IRAs! We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of every pair of IRAs . If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, fill in the details below. We have a super simple exchange process in the form of replacement or store credit which is valid for 6 months. All you need to do is send in the Iras back to us in the same box sent to the client at, "Flat no. 8, Bandra Sangam building, 3rd Floor , Dr Ambedkar Road Bandra West Mumbai 400050 Maharashtra, India, with your shipping partner. We do not charge any shipping fees the second time when we send you the pairs in exchange. Please mention the size and style you want in exchange for your current pair in the customer note when raising your exchange request. Please send in the parcel in the original box along with its accessories without it being used.
It takes minimum 15/20 days for the exchange process as once we receive the pairs there will be a quality check done by the team ,once it is cleared will send the pairs to the client



We must receive the IRAs within 20 days from the date it was shipped to you
Any Custom made pairs or purchased during any offer or sale will not be EXCHANGED or REFUND.
As a company policy we do not provide refund/cancellation on any product sold. Once the IRAs are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note
There is no REFUND for any product purchased
